Improvements to the Historic Fourth Street entertainment district will include the addition of a new Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel will be connected to the Sioux City Convention Center. Updates to the Convention Center will include the addition of a new versatile “pre-function” space to connect the existing facility to the new hotel.
